You can choose to have your parcels collected
on any day within seven days of booking. If you require a same day collection, please make your
booking before 11.30am on the day that the collection is required. Otherwise you are free to choose a collection day up to seven days in advance from the time of booking.

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

Each box you send needs to packed to a

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

As in al carriers of packages, we need to issue some guidelines on what we can and cannot carry through our networks. We have done this through a prohibited items page. basically means that it depends on the size of your parcel rather than
the actual weight as to how much you will pay for the shipment.
