You can totally control your collections when booking online. You can choose the day of collection as well as the collection address for each
individual
delivery. If you require a collection on the same day as booking, you will need to make sure that you book before
112.30pm on any given working day.

If you have more than one item to send internationally or within the UK, you can do it with us easily and quickly. We can send one item to one
address, or several items to one address, or a lots of items to lots of
addresses!

When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the
contents from a small fall from waist height. This is just in case the box falls from a conveyor belt or the driver drops it. Although great care is taken with your goods, these things can and do happen.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
