Booking a delivery with postagesupermarket could not be simpler. Simply log onto our website and use the quick quote section to choose your
collection country and delivery country. Then give us the information we need to make your booking a reality. You can choose the service your items travel on, but we will provide as much
detailed information for every delivery service we can to help you choose.

Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note
booking must be made before
12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm. |

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

send more than one box in certain circumstances. Consignment
prices are available for all countries and can be cheaper than sending

Dispatching goods around the world
can be a daunting prospect for new businesses. However with the
right packaging there really should be no issues with the couriers we
use. The carriers will use as much care as possible when handling
your goods however accidents can and do happen. we suggest that
you package all items to be able to withstand a fall from waist height.

Once paperwork is sent via email this should be attached securely to the box and the tracking number is printed clearly on the docket. This can be used to track
consignments on-line with all the major companies.

Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. All parcels sent through our very cheap courier networks are either sent as volumetric or actual weight. All postage companies will scan and weigh your packages to obtain the actual and volumetric weight of the goods. You have not got to worry about this however as our postage website does it all for you. And of course you will still get our greatly discounted postage rates offered to you.
