We can offer you air express, air mail, surface mail, road freight and even sea freight services in some circumstances.  Our delivery agents can get your goods to where they need to be in the delivery time that you need.  Post your packets when you are ready, our carriers will get them where they need to be when you need them their.

Once you have entered the correct weight and dimensions of your boxes the price is calculated for you on line. After entering all details into the site and payment has been confirmed the paperwork is sent via email.  simply print off the documents, follow the instructions and await collection.

All your collections are book through an automated system. As soon as your payment is received, we process your order and your collections are booked for the days you chose at the time of booking. Quick, Easy, Simple...

	Use a strong box.
	Wrap glass (in bubble wrap or other protection)
	Tape the box securely
	Don’t overfill the box

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order.  We will then process your order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached.  The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

A full postal address is required, NO P O Boxes, sorry. Prohibited items include weapons, batteries and cash; please see our comprehensive list in our terms and conditions: prohibited items. The service includes insurance up to a certain level and further insurance can be bought on the site.

Volumetric charges are applicable to our rates. This is calculated using an equation relevant to each individual parcel company
