Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall.

Once your order has been collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork.

We can provide a service to any part of the world via one of our couriers, however we cannot provide a service for all of the GOODS that you may need to ship.  We have provided a full and conclusive list of the prohibited items that we can and cannot carry.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
