Organizing your shipment is simplicity itself using our comprehensive online booking system. Just enter the origin and destination countries, the number of items, their sizes and weights. All boxes should be taped securely and goods inside should be wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe arrival at the destination.

Once your order has been collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.  If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking.  Some items are also not permitted to travel with our carriers, please see our prohibited items page.  We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.

Some services are charged at a box rate up to a certain amount. For instance a box price from UK to Europe is up 30kg. Other services use a volumetric formula using the length, height and weight of the box.
