You can find comprehensive advice about the packaging of your parcels on the packing advice page. However the main rule to follow when packing is as follows. Your parcel will need to be able to withstand a drop from waist height. This is because the courier could drop it.

We have made the tracking of your parcels as easy as we can. We have designed and created systems to talk to each individual carriers website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your consignments.
