When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. You will then see a printable screen of the very latest tracking information.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses.  If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking.  Some items are also not permitted to travel with our carriers, please see our prohibited items page.  We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
