When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the contents from a small fall from waist height. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater.
