We can arrange collections from any address in the UK including Northern
Ireland. You can book multiple collection addresses in the same order, and we will
endeavor to have your collections on the day that you requested at the time of booking.

With two payment methods available to you, we try to make things as quick and easy as possible for you. With the very popular Paypal method, simply transfer your funds to pay for your shipping, or use
Sage
pay, a fully protected method of paying by credit or debit

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

When sending consignments through global delivery agent networks, you need to pack each box in a professional manner. We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason. Also be aware that at some point your box will be stacked, so it is very likely that other
consignments will be stacked on top of it.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

The delivery agents we use are unable to deliver to P.O Box addresses. If your delivery address contains a P.O Box number, please contact us before booking. Some items are also not permitted to travel with our
carriers, please see our prohibited items page. We can offer extra insurance for some services, please see the extra information sections when booking.

All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
