When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the
contents from a small fall from waist height. This is just in case the box falls from a conveyor belt or the driver drops it. Although great care is taken with your goods, these things can and do happen.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

As in al carriers of packages, we need to issue some guidelines on what we can and cannot carry through our networks. We have done this through a prohibited items page. All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
