Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.

They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
