We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason. Also be aware that at some point your box will be stacked, so it is very likely that other
consignments will be stacked on top of it.

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.
