When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the
contents from a small fall from waist height. This is just in case the box falls from a conveyor belt or the driver drops it. Although great care is taken with your goods, these things can and do happen.

Your shipping documentation includes a unique tracking number. Once your goods are in transit, this number can be used on the carrier’s website to follow its progress right up to delivery. This is an invaluable tool for confirmation of
delivery, or to establish a reason for delay in delivery. |

As in al carriers of packages, we need to issue some guidelines on what we can and cannot carry through our networks. We have done this through a prohibited items page. Here you will find all the help and advice you need to make the sending process as quick and easy as possible. We would always advise reading this page before sending your goods as it may effect your rights to claim. Some of our services offer extra insurance, and some do not. To find out this information,
please see our services

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed. All the equations for each individual courier can be found on our volumetric pricing page.
