Once booking is complete, we will e-mail documents to you and arrange for the driver to visit you on the date requested. Please note booking must be made before 12.30 pm. for collection on the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a specific time for the driver to call but it can be at any time until 7pm although usually it will be between noon and 5pm.

Advice for packing your consignment is a tricky area. Only you will know if the packaging is sufficient for the goods you are sending. Basically if you have packaged the item in its box for sending and it rattles around when you shake the box it is not good enough. The box must be able to withstand a small fall. The reason for this is that the carrier may drop the box at any stage. However please rest assured that the greatest of care is taken with all of your packages.

Once paperwork is sent via email this should be attached securely to the box and the tracking number is printed clearly on the docket. This can be used to track consignments on-line with all the major companies.

They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
