Our shopping cart style website enables you to book one collection, or
multiple collections. These can be arranged from one address or from different
addresses within the UK, or anywhere in the world if you are arranging an import. And all of these can be paid in one simple transaction making the booking process as hassle free as possible.

You can send one box or several boxes using the drop down menus. If you have more than one
box to send to the same address you will be charged a
consignment price.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order. We will then process your
order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached. The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. There are also limitations on delivery to PO Boxes. If you are still unsure, please use the contact us forms prior to booking.

All couriers that carry parcels work on a volumetric pricing system. Basically this means that they measure and weigh all of the boxes that they carry through their networks. They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater. You do not really need to have a great
understanding of this process as the website does it all for you, however we like to give you all the information needed when looking at sending parcels with international couriers.
