We can offer you road and air services for delivery in any part of the world. Our road freight services operate daily with a delivery time of between 2 and 5 working days. We can offer air express services to any country and almost any city. We can get your goods to where they need to be.  With excellent customer service, and great reviews, you will no longer need to que to send a parcel.

All of our services are booked online. This makes the whole process easier and quicker for you. We also have more control over our accounts and can get all the information you need to you in a very small time frame. It is a very simple process and we will guide you through step by step if you are a first time user.

Each box you send needs to packed to a professional standard in order to travel through any carrier network.  Please see our packing advice page Packing advice

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order.  We will then process your order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached.  The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

Extra insurance is available for some services,  but not for others.  This is made very clear at the time of booking.  We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service.  If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage.  We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses.  Please contact us via the contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

All couriers will bill you either on the actual weight of your parcel, or what is called the volumetric weight of the goods being sent. Basically they measure your parcel and do some basic calculations to obtain the volumetric weight of the shipment. If this is greater than the actual weight then this is what you will be billed.
