on any day within seven days of booking. If you require a same day collection, please make your
booking before 11.30am on the day that the collection is required. Otherwise you are free to choose a collection day up to seven days in advance from the time of booking.

When sending consignments through global delivery agent networks, you need to pack each box in a professional manner. We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason. Also be aware that at some point your box will be stacked, so it is very likely that other
consignments will be stacked on top of it.

Extra insurance is available for some services, but not for others. This is made very clear at the time of booking. We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service. If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage. We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses. Please contact us via the
contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.
