You can choose to have your parcels collected
on any day within seven days of booking. If you require a same day collection, please make your
booking before 11.30am on the day that the collection is required. Otherwise you are free to choose a collection day up to seven days in advance from the time of booking.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.
