system. Just enter the origin and destination countries, the number of items, their sizes and weights. The price will be shown and you can then complete the full details. We can even produce an invoice if required.

Our shopping cart style website enables you to book one collection, or
multiple collections. These can be arranged from one address or from different
addresses within the UK, or anywhere in the world if you are arranging an import. And all of these can be paid in one simple transaction making the booking process as hassle free as possible.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

Unlike some of our competitors, we use a shopping cart system of booking, allowing you to send a single item or a consignment of boxes to the same address and you only complete the collection and delivery
addresses
once.

When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the
contents from a small fall from waist height. This is just in case the box falls from a conveyor belt or the driver drops it. Although great care is taken with your goods, these things can and do happen.

We have made the tracking of your parcels as easy as we can. We have designed and created
systems to talk to each individual carriers website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your
consignments. To access this data simply log into your parcel club account, click on the account overview button and select the tracking button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then get all the latest information directly from the carrier themselves.

As with all carriers of goods being shipped we need to advise you on goods that can and cannot be sent. We have done this through our
prohibited items page. We have also listed some items that we can send, but cannot insure against. Extra insurance is available on some services, and you can find all this information on
our services page.

Prices are calculated using a volumetric system, taking into account not only the weight of your parcel, but also its dimensions. A full explanation of this system is described here.
