The services offered are door to door. You can arrange for collection from any address in the UK i.e. work or a
neighbour if no one home.

Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We use SagePay to process our card payments and they are level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are an active member of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council) Their system is fully secure and includes a number of fraud
prevention measures designed to protect you, us and your credit card company. We never come into contact with your card details as SagePay deal directly with our bank who then contact your card issuer for
authorization, all in a matter of seconds. Full payment must be made before collection will be arranged.

The way we have priced our services will make it an advantage for you to
send more than one box in certain circumstances. Consignment
prices are available for all countries and can be cheaper than sending
just one box. Use our quick quote system to ensure that you get

Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be
traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall. |

Once your order has been
collected you’ll receive confirmation e-mail. Your tracking number will come when you print your paperwork. |

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. Some couriers offer a box price (usually between 20-30 kilos), other services use volumetric weight to calculate the cost of shipping. This involves the dimensions of the box or the overall weight whichever is the greatest.
