All your collections are book through an automated system. As soon as your payment is received, we process your order and your collections are booked for the days you chose at the time of booking. Quick, Easy, Simple...

Your goods need to be securely wrapped and boxed. This is to protect them whilst in transit. They will be traveling through delivery networks that convey thousands of items every day. This means your goods need to be able to withstand a small fall.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order.  We will then process your order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached.  The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

A full postal address is required, NO P O Boxes, sorry. Prohibited items include weapons, batteries and cash; please see our comprehensive list in our terms and conditions: prohibited items. The service includes insurance up to a certain level and further insurance can be bought on the site.

Most of the couriers we use bill us on what is called the volumetric weight of your parcel.  This basically means that it depends on the size of your parcel rather than the actual weight as to how much you will pay for the shipment.
