You simply get a quote for the parcel you need delivered or collected, and pay for the service usign either SagePay or paypal. Our systems then link up with DHL, Parcelforce or TNT and make the booking for you, saving you money and time. A driver from the service you choose will then turn up at your collection address and pick up the parcel. It really is that easy! No need to queue at the post office or drive to the delivery depot.

We have various options available to you for the dispatch of your goods. We have air express, and air economy, and also road freight services. Dispatching goods around the world can be a daunting prospect for new businesses.  However with the right packaging there really should be no issues with the couriers we use.  The carriers will use as much care as possible when handling your goods however accidents can and do happen.  we suggest that you package all items to be able to withstand a fall from waist height.

When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order.  We will then process your order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached.  The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

Extra insurance is available for some services,  but not for others.  This is made very clear at the time of booking.  We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service.  If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage.  We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses.  Please contact us via the contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

All parcels sent through our very cheap courier networks are either sent as volumetric or actual weight.  All postage companies will scan and weigh your packages to obtain the actual and volumetric weight of the goods.  You have not got to worry about this however as our postage website does it all for you.  And of course you will still get our greatly discounted postage rates offered to you.
