When sending consignments through global delivery agent networks, you need to pack each box in a professional manner.  We can offer you advice on this subject, however you should basically pack your items so that they can withstand a small fall from around waist height, just in case your box should be dropped for any reason.  Also be aware that at some point your box will be stacked, so it is very likely that other consignments will be stacked on top of it.

We have made the tracking of your packages as easy as we can. We have integrated systems that work with our business partners website to obtain the very latest tracking information for your goods. Simply log into the parcel club, go to your account overview and click the track parcel button next to the consignment you are tracking. You will then see a printable screen of the very latest tracking information.

Please note there are some restrictions on what can be sent and to where. Verify these on this page to see a list of prohibited items which either cannot be carried, or will not be covered by any insurance, even if you have purchased additional cover. Some services are charged at a box rate up to a certain amount. For instance a box price from UK to Europe is up 30kg. Other services use a volumetric formula using the length, height and weight of the box.
