When it comes to packaging your items, you really need to take great care. Your goods must be secure in the packaging you wrap around it. There is no point in sending anything if it is rattling around in the box. Also the packaging must be able to protect the contents from a small fall from waist height. There you will see a list of all the shipments you have sent. Each one will have a track now button next to it. Simply click this button and you will be provided with a printable page that will hold all of the latest tracking information.

All consignments are covered by standard insurance up to the value of £50.00. This can be upgraded where necessary at an additional cost. However there are a number of restricted items that are uninsurable and items that are prohibited from carriage.
