Tracking your goods could not be simpler. Simply use the tracking page on www.postagesupermarket.com. Click the service you sent your goods on and enter your tracking number. If there are any problems please contact us through the contact us forms.

Extra insurance is available for some services,  but not for others.  This is made very clear at the time of booking.  We would also advise that you check our prohibited items page before booking your collection to make sure your goods are eligible for travel on an insured service.  If your goods appear on this list, we cannot process any claim for damage.  We are also unable to deliver to PO box addresses.  Please contact us via the contact us form if you have a delivery address with a PO box in it.

Most of the couriers we use bill us on what is called the volumetric weight of your parcel.  This basically means that it depends on the size of your parcel rather than the actual weight as to how much you will pay for the shipment.
