When payment has been made for your collection, you will automatically receive an email which will confirm we have received your order.  We will then process your order, and you will receive a further email with your dockets attached.  The dockets contain your tracking number and you can log onto your account and track your parcel.

They will use the size of the parcel to obtain a volumetric weight. They will compare this to the actual weight and bill us whichever is greater.
